Shipping Policy

How much will it cost to ship my item with in New Zealand?

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a nominal packing and shipping fee of $10.


Can I get Urgent/ Saturday delivery?

This option is not available in all delivery areas. Please contact us if you want this service.


Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we are unable to send overseas.


Can I get track and trace?

Yes, we will send out an order confirmation email and you should receive your order in 1-3 days.  You will receive an email from our courier/freight company with your tracking details when the order is despatched.


Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Please ensure you inspect the parcel for damages and then sign for the correct number of parcels. If your parcel is damaged, please sign as “damaged” and let us know as soon as possible.


What happens if I am not home when the courier calls?

The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the courier company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel. Alternatively you can arrange with the courier company to collect your parcel from the courier’s depot.


Can my order to be shipped to a business address?

Yes, in fact we prefer it. Your address field MUST contain the name of the business so the courier can easily identify it.


Can my order be shipped RD address?

This can be arranged but there are extra charges for rural deliveries.  Please complete your order and request a quote and we will advise the additional freight charge.


Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Unfortunately no, as most of our products are too large for PO Boxes.


Can I collect my order?

We are happy for customers to collect and we have a small showroom for you to view our products.  Unfortunately we don't have the option of collection for website orders so just drop by and see us and we can process your order on the spot (it on'ly takes a couple of minutes).  Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm and we pride ourselve on having everything in stock all the time.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We understand you want your order as soon as possible! So we work superhard to get your order out the same day the order is received.  Large orders are despatched on a freight service and our cut off for these orders is 1pm, small orders are despatched on a courier service and the cut off for these is 2:30pm. Our "target" delivery times are:

  • North Island: 1-2 days
  • South Island: 2-4 days



I've received a faulty or wrong product. What should I do?

We're committed to selling high-quality products and delivering on our promises. We acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault or a picking mistake may happen. Please phone or email us and explain the issue and we resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.


I've changed my mind about a product. Can I exchange it?

Yes. We will accept a return if it has a valid receipt and is brand new and unused in its original packaging with all operating instructions and manuals. You can send it back to us for exchange (or credit to your customer account) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the freight cost and please note that a re-stocking fee or 10% may apply.


I've received a damaged product. What should I do?

If the courier/freight company try to deliver a parcel that appear to be damaged, please sign stating that the parcel you have recieved is damaged in transit and contact us immediately.
