VK5FR Frame - 2000W x1220H Welded

This is one of our most popular van shelving frames. It fits almost all vans on the market. For short wheel base L300’s and compact vans such as the VW Caddy or Holden Combo you can get the VK5R1120 frame which can accommodation the same configuration of trays and bins but with a slightly shorter frame to suit these vehicles.

This kit is usually installed down the drivers’ side of the van. If you have a van with a sliding door on the drivers’ side and you want access to the shelving through that door you could install the VK5R1220 Revers Bay Kit.

This frame suits any of the 950mm wide trays and can take a maximum of ten trays depending on the tray size. The upright post has 18 slots above the bottom bar and this is a welded frame (see individual tray descriptions for the numbers of slots required for each tray).

The frame is constructed from 25.4mm square mild steel tube with a 1.6mm wall. It is made from New Zealand steel which is fabricated and powder coated in New Zealand.

Installation: The upright square posts fit over the round upright post welded to the foot. The foot is tek screwed to the floor and the top brackets are fixed to the side of the van or nearest supporting structure. This is a welded frame for easier faster installation.
